Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn FoodFL is a 2-in-1 lawn care product that contains a broad-spectrum and systemic fungicide for prevention and control 27 types of lawn diseases, including brown patch, leafspot, powdery mildew, and red thread. In addition, the added fertilizer feeds for a thicker, greener lawn and strengthens each blade of grass down to the root to help your lawn recover from stresses. This fast-acting formula dissolves quickly to begin working in 24 hours, providing up to four weeks of control. Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn FoodFL is for use on most grass types. Apply prior to disease symptoms when conditions are favorable for disease and/or stressful periods. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water the treated area for 15-20 minutes after application. One 13.70 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn FoodFL covers 4,000 sq. ft.
How to Use
- How should you apply this lawn fertilizer and fungicide?
- Prepare If the grass is tall enough to touch the bottom of the spreader, give it a trim.
- Apply First set up your spreader. Scotts® Elite spreader: 5-1/2 Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreader: 5 Scotts® drop spreader: 7-3/4 Scotts® Wizz® spreader: 5 Scotts® Whirl™ spreader: 5
- Fill the spreader and apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn FoodFL by walking at a steady pace.
- Clean-Up Sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk or street back into your lawn.
- Water Water the treated area for 15-20 minutes after application.

Where Not to Use
- Do not apply to warm season turf species later than one month prior to the first expected frost (zoysiagrass, bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, centipedegrass, bahiagrass).
When to Apply
- When should I apply this fungicide to my lawn? Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Healthy Plus Lawn FoodFL to actively growing grass, prior to disease symptoms, when conditions are favorable for disease and/or stressful periods. Applications can be made after seeding or at seed germination. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours after application.
How Often to Apply
- How often should this fertilizer and fungicide be applied? A second application can be made after four weeks (28 days) but do not make more than four applications in any one year and wait at least one month between those applications.
Watering Tips
- Should I water after applying this fungicide and fertilizer combination? Water the treated area for 15-20 minutes after application.
