Here are some tips for your lawn in May:

  • You can safely spot treat weeds in your lawn any time temperatures are below 90°F.
  • Mow your lawn at the highest setting recommended for your lawn. Doing so will help shade the grass from the hot sun, and it will encourage deep root growth as well.
  • When trimming around trees, be careful not to damage the tree's bark.
