Mice are seen in the garage or home. Signs of a mouse infestation include droppings, smudge marks along baseboards, or gnawed wood work. Books, fabrics, furniture, and other objects may be chewed or shredded, and packages of food may be gnawed open and the contents eaten.
Place traps or baits in areas that you see mice activity. Seal holes and cracks in walls, floors, windows, doors, and areas of the foundation that open to the outside. Remove any food sources that could attract mice by covering your trash, storing pet food in sealed containers, and elevating any compost piles.
