Leaves are curved. Leaves and fruit are coated with sticky fluid and black sooty mold. Ants may be present. Tiny, white, winged insects 1/12 inch long feed mainly on the undersides of leaves. The insects flutter rapidly around the plant when it is touched.

Apply a horticultural oil or insecticidal soap as directed on the label.
