What is the dilution rate of Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food?
Outdoor dilution rate: 1 tablespoon per gallon of water every 7 to 14 days.
Watering can singles: 1 packet per gallon of water every 7 to 14 days.
NOTE: with new scoop, 1 level scoop of large end equals 1.5 tablespoons for the typical 1.5 gallon watering can. Old scoop level scoop equaled 1 tablespoon.
Indoor dilution rate: 1/2 teaspoon per 2 quarts of water, or 1 teaspoon per gallon of water every 7 to 14 days (small end of scoop = 1/2 teaspoon).
Watering can singles: 1 packet to 2 gallons of water every 7 to 14 days.
Constant feeding method: 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water, given at every watering.

Follow label directions.
MUST BE MIXED WITH WATER
INDOOR CONTAINER plants: Apply to soil in container at plant base (not leaves of plant).
OUTDOOR IN-GROUND plants: Apply to leaves of plant and soil surrounding plant.
OUTDOOR CONTAINER plants: Apply to soil in container (if the pot has drain holes, let water run all the way through the pot when watering).
Water-soluble fertilizers are not formulated for use in planting holes; for planting or
transplanting, we recommend Miracle-Gro Liquid Quick Start Plant Food.
FOR USE IN SPRINKLER SYSTEM: Remove the spray shroud from the MG Garden Feeder and attach a short length of hose to the jar filled with Miracle Gro. Hook a standard lawn sprinkler to the other end of the short hose. Keep in mind the sprinkler will have to be moved around the yard every 5 minutes for even feeding.
FOR SOAKER HOSE USE: Using a 50-foot soaker hose, fill the jar half full with Miracle-Gro. It will take approximately 45 minutes to dispense the plant food.
Not for use in irrigation systems.
What is the shelf life of the Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food?
Miracle-Gro water-soluble products have an indefinite shelf life. Even when the foods have become wet, they can still be used. Just dip the liquid with the measuring spoon and dilute as directed. If they are hard, just chip off what you need.
