A little extra effort can make a big difference
Today, 1 in 8 people in this country is going hungry. 1 in 8. It could be your neighbor, a relative, even someone you talk to every day. If you grow your own vegetables, fruit, or berries, you can make a big difference to many folks who don't have enough to eat. Here's how.
Be a Part of Gro Good
The Scotts-Miracle-Gro Company, Feeding America, and Plant a Row for the Hungry have joined up to fight hunger. Our goal is to donate 1 million pounds of fresh produce to local food banks. To make that happen, we need your help. Just plant an edible garden, or put in a few extra rows. Then donate a portion of your produce to your local food bank. If we all pitch in, we can nip hunger in the bud.
