Q: Why haven't I received any email reminders?
A: If you have signed up for our E-Mail Reminder Service
but have not received a reminder, there could be several causes. If you have recently signed
up, it may simply be that the Reminder for your area of the country has not yet been sent, or
was sent a week or two ago. Another cause might be that your Internet service or e-mail
provider could perceive the Reminder as spam or junk mail. Add the following domain names to
your "safe" or "accepted" list:
If you have all unrecognized or junk emails deleted automatically, change your preferences for a time to put the junk email in a junk mailbox until you find a reminder email and add it to your address or safe list.
